Le groupe d'investissement bulgare Renalfa AD et le développeur danois Eurowind Energy A/S sont fiers d'annoncer la création de EURA Energy, une coentreprise détenue conjointement visant le marché bulgare de l'énergie renouvelable. EURA Energy détient un portefeuille de développement de projets éoliens, solaires et PtX (Power-to-X ou production d'hydrogène à partir d'énergie renouvelable) d'une capacité combinée de plus de 1 GW et travaille à étendre le portefeuille en Bulgarie.
Renalfa AD est un groupe d'investissement bulgare privé spécialisé dans l'énergie propre et la mobilité électrique. Par le biais de sa filiale Solarpro, le groupe est un important installateur européen, fournisseur de services EPC et O&M de systèmes PV, ainsi que de systèmes de gestion intelligente de l'énergie. Le bilan de Solarpro comprend plusieurs gigawatts de projets achevés en tant qu'EPC complet ou EPC léger dans de nombreux pays européens et du Moyen-Orient. Le portefeuille actuel de Solarpro en construction dépasse 1 GW. Le groupe est présent en Europe, en Amérique du Nord et du Sud, ainsi qu'au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique du Nord, et compte plus de 1000 employés dans 14 pays.

Eurowind Energy A/S développe, construit, possède et exploite des parcs énergétiques dans 15 pays européens et aux États-Unis. Le développeur danois a construit plus de 2,5 GW en Europe et possède déjà un petit parc solaire en exploitation en Bulgarie. L'entreprise est l'un des premiers investisseurs européens à pionnier des projets PtX à grande échelle.

Le premier projet à être réalisé par EURA Energy devrait être le parc solaire Tenevo de plus de 200 MWp, situé dans le sud-est de la Bulgarie. Le parc solaire de Tenevo est prévu pour la construction au premier trimestre de 2023.

The Bulgarian investment group Renalfa AD and Danish developer Eurowind Energy A/S are proud to announce the formation of EURA Energy, a co-owned joint venture company aimed at the Bulgarian renewable energy market. EURA Energy holds a development portfolio of wind, solar and PtX (Power-to-X or production of Hydrogen from renewable energy) projects with a combined capacity of more than 1 GW and is working to expand the portfolio in Bulgaria.

Eurowind Energy A/S develop, construct, own and operate energy parks in 15 European countries and USA. The Danish developer has constructed more than 2.5 GW in Europe and already has a small operating solar park in Bulgaria. The company is among the first European investors to pioneer utility scale PtX projects.

The first project to be realized by EURA Energy is expected to be the 200+ MWp solar project Tenevo, located in South-eastern Bulgaria. Tenevo Solar Park is planned for construction in Q1 of 2023.
